Why bother. If you are good at something, like holding onto small holds, just do that, and it will feel great. If you are rubbish at slabs, or your footwork, steer clear of it. I mean, all this train your weaknesses stuff! Have you read that rubbish book by Dave McLeod? Where do you stop? Am I supposed to train my f!cking tiddly winks skills beause I am bad at that too.
